[/quote] Download Memtest86+ V1.70 (01/14/2007) and make it bootable cd. Test it overnight (some ram can pass the test so it's not reliable). But there is another way - get known well and compatible ram and test it to your laptop. To do this, you can borrow from friends or bring your laptop to techys where they have complete tools for diagnosis, unfortunately this will cost you.

Try: Update your bios, stress test the memory, check the PSU, visual inspect on mobo looking for bad cap or something unusual, swap processor and mobo to test.. and do this step by step.
