i just only buy my new pc...but i have a trouble when i buy the dota warcraft that will blue screen auto restart....

i can PLAY any game but only WHEN I PLAY warcraft in half will auto restart...feel so bad...

NO OOO.....I CAN PLAY CS, RAN ONLINE , SDO, NEED FOR SPEED, FIFA,...MANY GAME...
BUT ONLY PLAY DOTA flying spaghetti monster OR GG-CLIENT , PLAY IN HALF THEN AUTORESTART...
LUCKY LEVEL 17 AUTORESTART, BAD IS LEVEL 3 AUTORESTART LIAO...

IS HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE PROBLEM...CAUSE I FORMAT 3 TIMES STILL GOT SAME PROBLEM!!!!

Try another graphics card and graphics driver.

Try "disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing" also.

try another vga card 1st. its look like vga prob.

the weird problem is, this problem only occured when he plays dota and not others...

end up formatting the whole pc and it works well again..

reinstall sound , go control panel
disable front jack detection , optical S/PDIF

AND STOP USING CAPSLOCK

i think its the graphic card problem... Last time i also facing the same thing.... Only flying spagetti got problem. If play normal mode...No prob at all... Bring the card to rma then settle the prob... If u wana confirm whether its the card prob...remove ur card and try ur fren's pc ...

i think its ur gc problem..try to use another gc..hav u try to play it not by online..the problem still happen?

I don't think it's the warcraft's problem.. it might be the GC or the sound driver is having problem..



RTKHDAUD.sys is Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver... google and you will find the result.

overheat or graphic card problem.

try to donwload ur realtek driver from internet..it could be the cause of ur prob..

im also having this same problem... formatted like 10 times liao... just bought this pc from pc fair... everytime when i send it back to the shop they say no problem... usually when playing warcraft...
