Hello guys, my laptop is having random restart problem. My laptop's brand is dell n4010.

Need icon_question.gif here. I cant predict when the restart will happen. It just happen randomly. What actually cause this problem? Sorry, I noob in IT

Tried to reformat the laptop, but it still happen.Attached File  Minidump.zip ( 47.67k ) Number of downloads: 17

does ur system installed with avast? try remove it and check again if u got it installed into ur system.

Yup, Im using avast. Will be using avira. brows.gif

Is the avast cost the restart problem?

After changed to Avira, the problem still happen.

hello everyone in here...may i ask one question please....

recently i just changed my GC and PSU. it is all great....no problem playing game for hours... but it will get blue screen problem when i left my computer idle........i dont know whats the problem......i have check the wiring and update latest GC driver but the problem is still there.....can someone help me please?

noob here. How to update bios? What is GC? Im using laptop btw.

here is a guideline to update bios on your lappy

the latest minidumps show the same error as the first 2.. update bios and drivers most likely solve 1 of the problem0z.. the second file shows that u might have a bad disk.. try run chkdsk..

go to computer.. right click on drive..
click properties ~ tools ~ click check now
