Hello guys, my laptop is having random restart problem. My laptop's brand is dell n4010.
Need  here. I cant predict when the restart will happen. It just happen randomly. What actually cause this problem? Sorry, I noob in ITTried to reformat the laptop, but it still happen.

Yup, Im using avast. Will be using avira.

After changed to Avira, the problem still happen.

I had asked reformat my computer with recovery disk and change my laptop motherboard.
