Hello guys, my laptop is having random restart problem. My laptop's brand is dell n4010.

Need icon_question.gif here. I cant predict when the restart will happen. It just happen randomly. What actually cause this problem? Sorry, I noob in IT

Yup, Im using avast. Will be using avira. brows.gif

Is the avast cost the restart problem?

After changed to Avira, the problem still happen.

noob here. How to update bios? What is GC? Im using laptop btw.

the latest minidumps show the same error as the first 2.. update bios and drivers most likely solve 1 of the problem0z.. the second file shows that u might have a bad disk.. try run chkdsk..

I think my BIOS is A13, not A10. rclxub.gif And i tried to update my BIOS, it is already the updated version.

What are the example of driver i should update?

I try to check my disk but why it pop out "Disk currently in use". How do I check then?

I had asked reformat my computer with recovery disk and change my laptop motherboard.

Ytd auto restart problem occur. This is the dump file.
