pls take note all the factory here are individual owners and to undertake redevelopment is a big task as huge cost and time consuming. similar to chan sow lin area...

Land Acquisition Act only for gomen initiated project. if for private project, its rather time consuming especially involves this kind of complicated ownership properties.

Yeah bro.. i think rental in KV will be suppresed for many many years to come .. 10 to 15 years?.. due to the many units flooding the market. Economy and jobs dont growing fast enough. Im beginning to think that it is better to invest in share market than properties...

That comment was a while ago. There’s a bit more optimism in the air. As long as the country remains committed to being open, competitive and moderate then things will improve.
