Just to share with you the characteristics of Gen-Y, you can see if this is true...

They are also the majority in Block A later..

Think positive, don't think negative..
Worse case, can still review back the loan amount, just may be not so competitive interests rate.
Don't worry too much.

There are three parties (or may be more) in this relationship: the front-line, back-end and customers.

Now you are dealing with front-line, and those front-line are not familiar with what back-end can/can't do.
So, be safe side, they just don't want to over promise you.

It is a good sign la...
