I think the target market will from areas like Denai alam, city of elmina, puncak alam side other than the usual KD market of Sg Buloh, Damansara etc..
very interested to see the pricing for this, seeing how the market has soften
but seems very low density the residential bit, relative limited units may enable them to push high prices
previously strand 3 bedder stands out, well not anymore most likely
if sofo comes with carpark also very tempting indeed

cant fathom them building more office towers, cascades & strand office still vacant and finding it hard to get tenants
my bet is they'll build the offices once the MRT is operational
but make no mistake, KD is an awesome place for lifestyle/retail experience!

but unlike mont kiara, KD has real demand from the locals and have a nice mix of landed plays also
