Dis one will give tropicana some serious competition for their iconic Tropicana gardens project..

Serious competition expected here..

I think the target market will from areas like Denai alam, city of elmina, puncak alam side other than the usual KD market of Sg Buloh, Damansara etc..

very interested to see the pricing for this, seeing how the market has soften
but seems very low density the residential bit, relative limited units may enable them to push high prices
previously strand 3 bedder stands out, well not anymore most likely

if sofo comes with carpark also very tempting indeed
kacau my eyes on sqwhere edi now

cant fathom them building more office towers, cascades & strand office still vacant and finding it hard to get tenants
my bet is they'll build the offices once the MRT is operational

but make no mistake, KD is an awesome place for lifestyle/retail experience!

Yeah KD needs this big malls (or just 1 big TG) to reinforce it's lifestyle experience... btw, i heard some businesses in Giza not doing very well d?? I saw a corner shop for sale RM16mil drool.gif drool.gif no wonder the pub closed down..

Hopefully Sunway only starts building the mall in 2016 so TG won't have to face competition too soon...

rent increase also not helping..heard from many shops rent naik

looks like more office n retail lots here to further dampen the BAD commercial situation in KD... this area suitable for many apartments as residential units in KD will do well!

Hearsay it's 1.2k to 1.3k per sq ft for the service residence/SOHO.

But the current 8xx sq ft Sunway Nexis SOHO still for sale out there. Banners everywhere.

Can consider BBB one unit here is can cover monthly repayment to the bank.

Ya bro. Mitraland office still quite empty. The higher floors are occupied by mitraland itself and there are 2 floors somewhere in the middle being occupied. All the other floors seem dead.

As for garden offices, idk what to say also la. It's a joke

It's a long term investment. I think can BBB a 2 bedder if it can generate a 5% yield. This place has a lot of potential growth.
