but make no mistake, KD is an awesome place for lifestyle/retail experience!

Ya bro. Mitraland office still quite empty. The higher floors are occupied by mitraland itself and there are 2 floors somewhere in the middle being occupied. All the other floors seem dead.
As for garden offices, idk what to say also la. It's a joke
It's a long term investment. I think can BBB a 2 bedder if it can generate a 5% yield. This place has a lot of potential growth.
