By the way, anybody knows what is the minimal # of storey to have a good KLCC view? also, What's difference between sky garden, and non sky garden units?

The project is located along jalan Ampang Kiri. Location wise is quite strategic as it is only a stone throw from M-city, and future Ampang Point MRT station. Reizz will be able to leverage on M-City, an integrated development by Mahsing which will bring in boutique retails, will be convenience.

The application for title conversion (residential --> Commercial) has approved, so this is a freehold service apartment.

The building plan has already being submitted, and now pending approval. I believe they will only launch this project officially after the approval. Nevertheless, they opened for early bird booking sometimes back, sizeable of units should be reserved for this group of people first. As of how many more units left for the official launch is still unknown.

Looking at the freehold status, and using the nearby project's selling price as a reference(M city, element, Arte-S, Astoria etc), should be selling at >=900psf. The early bird price of 750psf is just too good to be true, perhaps only for those at the lower floors and not so good facing units.

Hi Would like to know where u get the info of ampang point mrt station? If confirm there is a station then it's rather good deal..

I manage to get a unit price at Appx RM790 psf, waiting for S&P and loan approval. I think this project is quite positive right? any expert here can teach abit.?

Updated Density in the area:

M City got 1500 units+commercial over 4.95 acres, elements 1000 units over 2.7 acres, arte 1163 over 2 acres, astoria 1216 units over 5.7 acres, reizz residence 495 units over duno how many acres..

Total: 5495 units over 17 acres n at least 325 units per acre (excl reizz).

All this numbers are excluding D Rapport's 1.1k units fr phase 1 alone, 3 towers 512 units, novo ampang's 421 and the likes...

S&P signed 2 months plus already but loan document developer drag until now also never prepare for us. dun know what happen, think developer might want to drag on.. haiz.
