I manage to get a unit price at Appx RM790 psf, waiting for S&P and loan approval. I think this project is quite positive right? any expert here can teach abit.?

S&P signed 2 months plus already but loan document developer drag until now also never prepare for us. dun know what happen, think developer might want to drag on.. haiz.

700sf 2 rooms, if full furnish it worse case rental will be how much that area? Any expert can to teach abit?

I checked, it's around RM1800 - RM2300 for 1 to 2 rooms. I think still able to hold few more years until price go up maybe.🤔
