Simple, in thailand or some other countries, EEV cars are given tax rebate incentive. The attrage is sold cheaper compare to city, vios or almerra. Proton have not come out EEV engine therefore Gomen do not give tax rebate. We have to wait until proton develop an eev car first.

Ertiga, I doubt it. I have check with a few owners and the real world fuel consumption is higher. I do not know how proton came out with that figure. We even test drive the Ertiga and the Meter show a miserable 8 or 9 km / liter...

An expensive car for what it is, better buy a Bezza.
Is it still being sold? Thought Mitsubishi now only sells trucks and suvs?

My wife is driving a 4 1/2 years Attrage, so far the car never give me any trouble all the while, just normal maintenance and replace wear & tear parts. When the time I bought is around RM60k+ and get a CBU car which the quality is definitely much better than those CKD even foreign brand in same class.

Hi Mirage/Attrage owners. I have an used original Mitsubishi Mirage 2013 front absorber (a pair) with original absorber mounting rubber for sale: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=4771505&hl=Btw, I am unsure Attrage and Mirage are having the same absorber part, can arrange to check at your foreman workshop around PJ area. Thanks. This post has been edited by clickNsnap: Jun 17 2019, 04:17 PM

Although this thread hasn't been updated in six years, I wanted to share my thoughts after two years of ownership. I purchased a used Attrage GS for approximately RM 20k.
Engine & Performance The cabin is very quiet—at idle, I sometimes forget the car is running. NVH levels are decent, though largely dependent on road surface and tire choice. Acceleration is surprisingly good; the 0-100 km/h time is around 12 seconds, comparable to the more powerful Proton Saga MC3.
Handling & Ride Handling is better than the general consensus suggests. I previously owned an Iriz and a Mazda with adjustable suspension and multilink setups, yet I still enjoy driving the Attrage at highway speeds. While the stock suspension is soft (and worn in my case), resulting in noticeable body roll, the car maintains good grip through corners.
Fuel Economy The fuel consumption is outstanding. The CVT feels tuned for highway cruising; I achieve great mileage even at 110 km/h+ with a full load. The engine sits comfortably between 2k and 3k RPM at 110 km/h, automatically adjusting RPM on uphills to maintain speed.
Key Features Audio: Speakers perform very well when paired with an aftermarket Android head unit. Maneuverability: The turning circle is incredibly tight. Climate Control: The digital air conditioning works perfectly. CVT: Almost no whine compared to latest MYVI, only engine/road noise.
Verdict For the price, I give this car a 10/10. It is a value-for-money vehicle that I genuinely enjoy owning.
FYI : this car almost 50/50 weight distribution, if I am not mistaken, it should be near 53% front / 47% rear. Based on weighing scale
