There is too many factors S klia which gives more advantages such is very near to ERL train, Just opposite KIP Sentral, near with new ELITE interchange, close each other with IOI puteri warisan, sunsuria serenia and sime darby Serenia city township, near with xiamen university, near with KLIO, near with Mitsui outlet, near with KLIA & KLIA2, sime darby already allocate 20 acre for private hospital just beside the kota warisan main road, larger land size and builtup, modern and unique design, 22x75 DSL is only below 550K, township is not on the ex mine pool, mixed township with residential and commercial, 1 of the hypermarket will be allocate in the S klia major commercial plot, school and balai polis also in the township etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc too many lah

Bro, how much is your 22x75 DSL in SKLIA? Why dont want to wait for Serenia City from SDP?

Bro, SDP cant price Serenia City's DSL too high la, or else susah to sell! I thnk maybe around 550-600K? Anyway it's FH v LH and nowadays ppl dont bother if it's FH or LH.

The 5 feets extra land for green casa is just too important for people who bought for own stay as i really need the wet kitchen. Now the 5 feets plant tree also not enought.

if you are going to spend 200k or more to reno kau kau back n front..change façade colors and etc.....what is 5k?

Im referring to CasaView. Ive booked CasaView. But havent proceed with the formalities. Just paid RM5k to book it.

I just dont understand MCT's business trick/technique. They opening sales for CasaView every day by day. Two rows per day apparently.

With too much annoying terms, im thinking to cancel my booking. 

Or am i thinking too much for my first property?

I booked 1 unit on Casa View...last weekend..after saw this forum..start to think no twice but also many2 times...the developer track record was not so good la when saw The Place @ Cyberjaya...

RM 705.8K, end lot 20x75..normal package, no SPA fee with bumi discount..suppose to pay the booking fee of RM5k this Tuesday...

Yup, ex-mining land and construction period 36 months...too long la..opt for Bandar Puteri Bangi for 728k..bigger built up and construction period 24 months...

I ask the lawyer firm, total 200++ signed for green casa.
