i'm a bit skeptical actually so easy all the unit been sold out? All unit loan also approved? But actually 18'x65' is indeed quite small. Phase 2 will be 20'x70' unit but price 630k+ as per told by the SA.

I plan to buy for own stay. You have any reconmendations?

Saujana KLIA and Kota Warisan is a big no no if your center of activity is around Puchong and PJ area. It is really far to travel.
Buying in Puchong is a big NO for new buyers. The jam in Puchong these days is already at untolerable level. You won't be productive in office stuck in jam every weekdays.
Even SK is still much better for those in Cyber.

Semenyih is more more far..more massive jam soon...ppl also buy there even they are working and center of activity at kl, pj, damansara.

Like it or not, KLCC and Putrajaya will be two Primary Centre of gravity for current and future projects reference points.
Damansara, Mont Kiara, Puchong still remain prefer areas for many, but it will not stop new areas coming up year after years. Semonyet will be one of it... Cyberjaya, Dengkil, and areas nearby KLIA will be coming up sooner or later... with the reasons that highways connectivities and near to airport, and major developers need to continue build to be sustainable, not for country but for themselves.

Don't get me wrong, I never say north KV not good! It is personal preference as I use Airport and go south more frequently.
Regardless which locations, any good concept project will attract surrounding areas' peoples to move in due to upgrade or security reasons, or closer to city as they currently stay further away, i.e. Tg Malim to Rawang, K.Selangor to Puncak Alam.
More importantly, I only have limited bullets and can't go everywhere to waste times and petrol kpc, so hv to focus to selected areas lor! Not like you... the whole Malaysia is ur target.
