one thing, casa’s layout is too open concept.. no partition between neighbours.. but the town is starting to mature.. got speedmart, 7e, restaurants etc

serenia on the other hand.. very new.. no shoplots yet..but the layouts are much much better.. closer to kipmall/kota warisan..

decided serenia already..😅 cybersouth flyover there and kota warisan quite flood prone.. but yeah.. LDP dengkil to kota warisan is a nightmare..Elite is also crazy tbh during peak but nothing that ive never faced before.. kesas and federal was also somewhat similar

but thanks.. gamuda cove is actually a nice place.. sun suria also looks cool
