guys, i got a hsbc amanah card few years ago & been using their internet banking service.
today i go to branch to request security device since there are some feature require it.

But now i go to internet banking portal -> enter my username -> Login with device, it say i dun have security device, does it need some time to link it to my account?

if i already got hsbc amanah credit card (got it few years ago), can I still get Lazada voucher if I apply Visa platinum card?

this morning hsbc staff called me & I have clarify with her, even I am existing card holder, i still can apply other card to get lazada voucher.

yes, she did mentioned. I got mine for at least 4 years ago, so for my case, i am eligible to get lazada voucher.

which num to call hsbc to request voucher? already spend 1k for my new card within a week time.
