Hi. Applied hsbc cc through ringgitplus. Received the approved sms and stated there “expect delivery within 8 working days.”

The credit card will be deliver to me (home) or hsbc branch that i ticked during online application?

One day after i applied, the hsbc cs called me and asked which branch should i pick up the card if it is approved.

On the day my card approved, the same cs called and asked me if my home address is correct.

So now i dunno how i will receive the card. Tqqq

3 months. Plus ea form.

Applied on 3rd oct night thru whatsapp. 4th oct received call from hsbc asking for ea form and pay slip. Sent the details on 5th oct.

Received approval sms on 18th oct.

Already call hsbc cs. They said they deliver my card to the branch which i ticked during application. Need to pick up the card on the branch later.

Side note ; i applied citibank on 3rd oct too. Received call from citibank cs next day. Sent the details on 5th oct. On 11th oct received approval sms. Just after received the approval sms, i download citibank apps and start using the digital card. Received the actual card on 17th oct thru mail to my home. So fast. Citibank give credit limit 3x my monthly salary. Hsbc give CL 2.5x salary.
