Under Clause 18 of the Nov 19 T&C:

18. Spend on Online Transactions eligible for 4x Additional Reward Points are those that:
a. Are posted to the Eligible Cardholder’s HSBC Credit Card account; and
b. Includes local spend where transactions are made via the internet in Malaysian Ringgit; and
c. Excludes those stated in Clause 12 above, overseas spend made in foreign currency, Insurance,
Utility Payments and transactions for or into e-wallet(s) that allow customers to transfer or
withdraw money from the e-wallet(s) to another account, ATM or e-wallet(s).

it's vague since it does not mention any e-wallet explicitly. in theory it should be 5x, but will test it out for myself. BTW you're right that it could be slow for banks to respond. here's the CS reply for my query:

got an sms saying i won rm15 from that campaign, but... i didn't use it for foreign spending (min spend rm80 in foreign currency per month). was aiming for the rm100 lazada/shopee voucher (spend min 1k on online & groceries).
