That's the fee that will be imposed to you if you do not pay the statement in full every month. In other words, it's the interest charge.
It sounds confusing because it's an islamic credit card, where charging interest is not permissible, so they reinterpret it as management fee. If I'm not mistaken, the other difference with islamic credit card is that since the charge is considered as management fee, the charge does not compound, unlike normal conventional credit cards where the interest charge compounds.

If you pay in full every month, no need to worry about it. You will not be charged anything.

i would suggest to keep for 9 months, then only cancel.
for me, i will canx after 1 year, dont want later being blacklisted for just getting freebies, so in future will be no issue re-apply to get freebies
