I am working in Singapore. I am planning to earn some rewards points from this card.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Based on my understanding, 1,000 KF miles = 8,500 Rewards Points which means 1 Rewards point = 0.1176 or RM1.0625 = 1 mile (If all is 8x rewards points)

Overseas spend and online transactions (other than charged in RM) are entitled 8X Rewards Point.
Online transactions (charged in RM) is entitled 5X Rewards Point.
Local spend (charged in RM) is entitled 1X Rewards Point.

Based on my spending pattern, I need to know the rewards points for the following spending:-
MCC under Government bodies for Malaysia (Such as online payment for PTPTN)
MCC under Phone bill for Overseas (Such as paying the monthly phone bill at Telco portal)
MCC under Non-Profitable Organisation/ Charity for Malaysia (Such as Monthly deduction from World Vision)
MCC under Insurance Premium for Malaysia and Overseas (Such as monthly premium that charged by Insurance Company)
MCC under reload card for overseas (Such as EZlink auto reload which is like touch & go card)

In term of conversation, Amex Reserve has the best conversation rate to KF miles (RM0.9425 for 1 KF mile), following is Ambank WMC (RM1 = 1 KF Mile if I spend all in overseas), and then HSBC Signature Visa (RM1.0625 = 1KF Mile. Please correct me if I am wrong).
