I called their call centre to activate CNP, they say already activated, but when I try using it on Uber it doesn't work - why?

Anyone have problems with CNP transactions (Uber/Grab etc) using their HSBC credit card? Called them to activate they say activated, still can't use....
maybe the CS doesn't understand what CNP means ? |
