I applied their cc with CIP and was told approved on 6th Sept but yet to see the cash in until today. Called 3rd time to ask today they said the fund been returned on 6th Sept, need one week to check what causing this.
I am not happy with their lousy service, called two times and asked if any mistaken info because it took so long, they keep on asking me to wait and refuse to check for me.

I gave them one week if no answer will cut the card.

i swipe more than rm1k+ within my first month......
but i apply the card during rm300 campaign....
so i jz happily accept their rm500 voucher(new campaign stated rm1k within 60days)...lolx

because last time when i apply,my bro told me must swipe min rm1k to get lazada rm300 voucher
then i see online for the t & c....they put only need single swipe....so i have no idea....
so i jz go n swipe rm1k for precautious.....at least can get rm300 from my rm1k spent...not bad la....

u can try call n ask see how they reply....
for my case,i fullfill every requirement before i call...i direct shoot them after i call the 3rd time....
keep explaining the reason to call kinda piss me off....

if i not wrong,there are forumer here get rm300 in single swipe...mayb u can try ask him....
