Have a HSBC Premier World MasterCard and trying to sign up for this SPG promo

Anyone knows what's HSBC's unique enrollment code ? Tried calling HSBC CS, was asked to contact MasterCard TravelServices and who in turn gave another number which was SPG helpline. Ended up being asked to email : corkspg@starwoodhotels.com , which replied asking me to contact HSBC directly
