QUOTE(fruitie @ Dec 28 2015, 11:13 AM) Calling HSBC now, already 10 minutes still no CS entertains my call! If you have access to HSBC online banking, you can view it onlineGave up after 15 minutes. Does anybody know what is the email address to check for credit card application status? Until today nobody calls me for verification. |

I am now facing a dillema:
My HSBC card is now 12.9k points already, shall i just redeem RM20 cashback?(11k points) or spend around to make another 2k points for the Parkson voucher (15k points)? |

Last time they promised to absorb my SST, waive my annual fee, now both were billed into my statement.
Should I raise hell right away, or this is their common practice, they will reimburse later? This post has been edited by cklimm: Dec 7 2018, 03:50 PM |
