Hi guys i just submit my new application for cc in ringgit/compare. Just want to ask, is it they send email for docs or calling?

They call and fill the form for me indeed.
Everything done on call and need provide consent lo..
Then upload docs done.

Felt so easy process. smile.gif

I applied on dec 11. The comparehero is 3rd party right?
They called 4 times on 12 but i left my phone at home.
Today morning called me again, and what i heard from the caller, doc verified from his end all ok.
He said he follow up with me once he got the result.

Not sure how long the process will be.

Call hotline and press lost card.

Within 1 or 2 minutes pick and tell them card lost already want cancel directly.

Every bank got their own resources management planning, and not us who should worry.
If the bank think that isnt the right channel, they can always transfer.
Report lost and cancel the card is nothing wrong.
