Agreed. HSBC gave me 70k while MBB only gave me 20k.

Just keep holding. I once was on hold for 45 minutes, so burned my whole morning. From ny personal experience, it takes the CS about 30 minutes to pick-up. Most probably flooded with fraud reports following the iPay88 data breach.

What an experience with a MNC (overseas) bank, which was really suprising to me, all this while I thought this banks offer much better service compared to local banks, and I was wrong.

Once upon a time, overseas bank was good. Nowadays, no different from local banks like BSN.

Companies, including banks, are cutting costs, and hiring less CS.

And on top of that, have to hear people rant and get screwed up down left right, because of the Bank's fault.
