why so damn hard to contact hsbc to submit my credit card application? got asked to call
03-88947777 but no option to continue or chat with any agent

for the new credit card promotion (rm600 in TNG when spent using HSBC card)

does using the card for online shopping count? (shopee, lazada..etc)
