I recently applied for HSBC on riggitplus. First one was in January and it took a month with no status updated when I check my e-ccris that is still pending. Not even 1 SMS sent to me whether its rejected or approved and my eccris shows the status pending and next thing its gone.

My 2nd attempt was in April and also applied on Ringgitplus with the shopee promo but same thing until now no SMS nor calls after the first call to submit docs with SMS link provided and my eccris shows the same thing Pending status for more than 1 month but no SMS saying rejected or approved.

Yeah I will, today is PH, the last time the banker told me that they cant verify my employment and I provided my employment letter but no news. Whenever I got an update, the promo campaign is done
