I have applied my hsbc lazada december last year. But then, it was just approved in last month. But now, i still dont receive the card because it's lost somewhere.

I have asked CS to replace and i will collect tomorrow at Pusat Bandar Damansara branch. Am I still entitled to get RM 500 evoucher since i applied it december last year?
