Same here. I'm on hold for about 51 minutes now. Can't reach the CS. Online chat only up to 9pm. Will try tomorrow at 9am. Gosh. I. Am. So. Cancelling. My. Card.

Just managed to get through in my 3rd try at 12am++ call. Probably best to call at odd hours. Submitted a dispute to reverse payment and block card first. Dispute will be resolved within 10 working days. Once its sorted, I was advised to walk in branch or call again to cancel later. Oh well.
