Hi guys
So I just received my hsbc card and got my first estatemenet, I got charge the rm25 service tax Is it possible to call CS to negotiate to waive it off? Or am I able to waive it off next year? Thanks for your advices.. Btw I got my card approved within a week, maybe now holiday season, their employees are taking leaves and many have registered for their attractive sign up promos |

I got my RM20 cb for tng too yesterday, if i recall correctly i reloaded around 12.05am

Came across this post on linkedin, wonder if they'll improve their call centre after the incident, thank god they had the chat function which I used when my card had fraudulent charges |
