Anyone get the new HSBC Visa Signature card? is it first year got annual fees? coz didnt state is free for first year. plan to apply it for lazadaRM500 deal, i just cancel my amanah carad on April, not sure can get the 500 deal or not.

Is mean we no need to cancel the previous card, just apply a new one after 6 months to get another rm500 voucher? Coz i het replied from messanger is like this

So troublesome to online banking with hsbc. My old password dont know why cant login after i get my 3rd card. Call to cs ask me use forget password then not easy to set enter first pw 2nd pw. After try 7-8 times get the code, need to call back within 10 days to ask for activate online account. But mo one pick up phone and no one call back....

May i asked is it once get new card will be charge rm25?

After get the rm500 lazada voucher want cancel also susah if no one pick up.

6 weeks after spending rm2k, waiting to get lazada voucher. Hope no need to call..

i tried reload around 5pm, not successful.

ya. i always wait after 6 months only apply back. but this time if read the tnc correctly, it didnt state need 6 months. previously they always got state 6 months after cancel the card.

I think next year will come back. I already get 3 times. Now waiting for the 4th vocuher to be received.

dont know why haven blacklist me. maybe i always cancel 6 months later not after getting the voucher.

after 8 weeks only get my lazada voucher code. cs said it already send to me on 3 december through email but dont know why i dont received it.

why the rm500 voucher cannot deduce all? my items all together around 497, but only deduce 455 still need to pay around 50?

mine is after 8 weeks then only i called to ask, they said they already send to me but dont know why i didnt received so they resend it when i called and make sure i received the link only end the call. i remember my previous RM500 also same problem come out.

No. But got state when u apply.the habc card to get voucher, 6 months before it u never cancel or apply any hsbc card.

Existing can get, just i dont like too many cards so cancel.
