Pay from online transfer from existing bank account, put your credit card number as account number and select 'credit card' as the type of payment.
HSBC called me and said I am not eligible although I don't have the credit card under the promo they offer. Sadding.  cry.gif

For me, they don’t even call me till now.. maybe the so called guarantee gift have hit the quota. So, they just reject / tell u r not eligible.

Will HSBC send estatement via email? I am unable to login to the online banking to check. Call also wait long time not able to talk to CS

Anyone apply HSBC with RP RM1000 TnG reload? After waited for so long, receive the email to claim, but, after claim, still need to wait 10 working days to receive the reload pin.. my friend who apply with RM600 tng, get the reload pin once redeem with the RP unique code. But, for RM1000 campaign, need to wait another 10 working days to receive reload pin

Yeah, no choice. Just find it weird, why pay now doesn't means now. Especially more so when I am using my HSBC savings to make payment. If you say making payment from another bank to HSBC cc, then maaaaaaybe I can understand a bit. 3-4 other banks' CC, the payment to CC is immediate.

If my due date falls on a Friday, more GG because if I make payment on Friday, the effect will only take place on Monday (next working day).

Yes, I also feel HSBC is weird bank on payment.. n worst is they block u from using the card due to late update of payment by their system assuming u didnt pay at all.. padahal u have plenty of credit limit, just bcoz of their stupid system didnt update the payment on time, then u r not allow to use their card..

I guess she can complain with point that she sign up where AF will be waived with 12x spend per annum and AF is charged in advance, she is not using the card after AF charged n requested to cancel the card, hence, HSBC need to reverse the fee imposed before cancellation.

Most likely due to u still have other card with them, so, no need to offer any retention package to u as u r still their existing cardholder
