Good time bad time we still play the same games. Many have made hundreds of thousands or even millions since 2009, these people have no problems in paying huge down payment upfront.

I have also seen many people being pessimistic about property market since 2009, they rather spent money on cars, watches, holidays, clothes and women, and wait on the sidelines and praying property prices would drop, and in fact they have missed the boat and becoming jealous.

These people hoping property market crash so that they can get on to the boat which they have missed. They hope to buy property at very low price when property market crash, once they have bought they hope property market recover.

To me, these people will forever be pessimist and property will always be expensive to them irregards of what prices.

These people are still driving the same cars, living in the same house with same people, and dreaming the same dream every night that property market would crash.

When property market really crash, these people wouldn't even dare to buy or eligigle to buy. People make money they curse, people lose money they laugh.
