The sales is not improving much, about 65% sold only.

PPSB should give 10% discount, upgraded package like free loan legal fees, wardrobes in all bed rooms, marble tiling, fridge and washer/dryer to sell the remaining 35%.

Those who purchased earlier entitle to the additional 10% discount and upgraded package too. So when first drawdown in January 2016 we will be getting 15% credit note!

Underground works very expensive, additional 10% and upgraded packages is good enough liao.

Mah Sing projects gives 25% rebates and free everything also cannot sell, those SA really harass you kao kao in property fair.

Dreaming only.....additional 10% means PPSB have to give up 40m profit.

But wardrobes in all bed rooms and free loan legal fees should be included in the deal at the first place.........

R2 loc at the land next to arcadia hence higher price is expected liao. But stil a few lands for nice condo with nice pricing. I heard the school would be built since Zenia days and like 10 years already, as well as the surau. Affordable housing is new to most of us.

When are these 3 would be built so that their dreams could be realized?

Really wonder why OCBC and Allianz wanna participate this project, waste our time only, 4.65% and 4.55% best deal from them while RHB and Maybank give 4.35%.

Watatime was paying over 70k for >400sf back in 2007, klcc awarded them a new tenancy with over 25% rental increment. Not sure how much KFC paying before they moved.

UniQlo definitely paying a lot more than 120k, maybe 120k per week la.

Usually bad timing for launching means good timing when VP.

Look at those launched projects during good timing in 2011-2012, and VP now in bad timing.

And those launched projects in bad timing in 2008-2009, and VP in 2011-2012 good timing.

So please lalalum buy the remaining units in WS3, bad timing now means 2018-2019 super good timing!!
