And most lower psf units r kept for launching day.

I was very angry when I went for Capers launch years back and I made a lot of noise there. Now I foresee all this will happen, so if there is an affordable unit i will take it else just leave it. Other than the fact they they are giving 12% discount for first 30% of the condo sold.

I do not see long queue on launch day, not many would pay 10% and sign SPA in the spot. Maybe 20-40 people.

I got called a few times too, and also agree with you that the location is horrible. Not to mention it is actually next to the segambut longkang. I went to the showroom, saw the building and was totally unimpressed. The SA even told me they got some kind of award for their design when I told him the building was kinda ugly.
