They still honour the special discount. Now 100 units instead of 60.

And most lower psf units r kept for launching day.

I already used to it. I was very angry when I went for Capers launch years back and I made a lot of noise there. Now I foresee all this will happen, so if there is an affordable unit i will take it else just leave it. All developers have their strategies to push the sales!

Sigh... See how they handle la. Hope it's good for all.

I went to see Sefina just now, I look one time I already don't like it. The location, the direction, the facilities.... None of them appeal to me. Other than the fact they they are giving 12% discount for first 30% of the condo sold.

I do not see long queue on launch day, not many would pay 10% and sign SPA in the spot. Maybe 20-40 people.

The SA of Sefina very desperate, called me few times, I went to see it too. The pricing and the location killed this project.

I got called a few times too, and also agree with you that the location is horrible. Not to mention it is actually next to the segambut longkang. I went to the showroom, saw the building and was totally unimpressed. The SA even told me they got some kind of award for their design when I told him the building was kinda ugly.

Boss for own stay B1 is best to me. B1 access to the front door is exclusive n private. C2 oso vely gd if u need tat size. Howeva both came with high premium.

For investment no doubt onli C1 is attractive. Dun need to study day a nite. No other types can beat C1 for investment.
