Cradleton / Tenderfield / Merrydale all considered north presints and residents most likely will commute through the red carpet bridge for daily travel and shall not passby Ivoris.. From my perception, there will be rarely any people passby Ivoris, as the Ecohill link shall be completed very soon and will serve as the most important route for people to commute in / out from EM, via the red-paved bridge..
