I supposed all existing purchasers of EM should receive it. It's not for any Merrydale units, only for South Garden.

That's for LCI investment. At the time of talking, they said they are considering but it all depends whether the finalised terms allow it or not.

Agreed. EW does put a lot of effort in the landscape with a proper study before putting things into implementation. The landscape architect they hire is award winning one.

It's a school from Beranang to be relocated here. I'm not sure at present how many micro-size Chinese school in Beranang but this could be the one. It will be located near Gentlebre.

Really worth for that little additional.
So long as it's South Garden (8D is in South Garden), the eVoucher can be used but up to 30April2015 only.

Hi bro, yup that red carpet is for public access and it connects EM with SEH. Based on the marketing brochure the bridge is a signature pathway given the red pavement which gives the feel of driving / walking on red catpet. Probably at the nighttime with the spotlights you will have the red carpet feel.

Ecohill and Ecomajestic is separated by a small river call Sungai rinching, that's why a bridge need to be built up in order to connect both townships.  The bridge is circled with yellow color in the picture.

Most of roads / garden / park / lake that we can see today mostly can be accessed by the public. Only those within the fencing area is a private stuff. Merrydale has a private park inside the fencing area, only the resident can enjoy, and of course the resident need to pay maintenance fees for it.

Eco World associate to develop Sydney residential project

SEMENYIH (Mar 25): Eco World International, an associate company of Eco World Development Group Bhd, will be developing a 300-unit residential project in Paramatta, Sydney in Australia.

Group president and chief executive officer Datuk Chang Khim Wah said the project would sit on a plot of land measuring one acre and has a gross development value of A$300 million.

"This development will be mainly apartments and will be launched sometime in the middle of this year," he said.

This will be Eco World’s second foray into international markets, following its joint venture with Ballymore Group to develop three large scale residential projects in London.

Chang was speaking to reporters today after the opening of the Red Carpet Bridge at the group's Eco Majestic township in Semenyih.

Eco Majestic is expected to have its first phase comprising 615 units completed by mid-2016.

Meanwhile, Chang said there would also be 4,000 units of affordable apartment units, starting from RM42,000 each, launched this year within the Eco Majestic development.

Although EW is given 36 months to deliver VP as per S&P, to get it done in 24 months is not an issue. But I believe that it will probably take 24 to 30 months to hand over.
