Tropicana Aman unfortunately is leasehold.. Personal preference still on the EcoMajestic, freehold and peace of mind...

Hmm... for TA, the HTC is a bigger concern to me as compared to its leasehold status.

lease/free, personally felt this is not main concern in KV, as land is limited already.

for myself, i felt eco world customer service is top if compare to other developer, but not sure about after sale service, eg: green maintenance and swan lake maintenance.

row that not facing houses, can feel the 'space' after you came out from your house.

choose normal intermediate or take end lot lo, there are a few 900k++ end lot with 10ft land.

End lot is a good option too, not only have bigger land but the unit also has extra 2 feet width.

ya , and maintenance fees aso higher, hahaha

landscape wise also i prefer eco majestic than ecohills

Perhaps I am out of norm...

For me HTC just an eyesore while types of title affect the sense of belonging...

If I have been asked to choose in between while other factors are constant, I will choose to tolerate with the former...

SEH / EM is better - freehold and no HTC - peace of mind

Yeah, it will depend on individual preference...

Some like park more, some like lake more... For me they are both equally good, it won't go wrong to buy either of those...

Personally I am indulge and captivated by the oriental garden in Presint 3 SEH...

Yeah.. those shown in video located in presint 2 & 3...

Presint 1 SEH have the PARC, weeping meadow and the linear park. Weeping meadow and linear park both have lakes (waterway) and till now haven't really go inside to have a look...
