Agreed with you boss that south facing or not is less important (but not west facing lah) for commie. But I hold the view that the row fronting the main road, ie the RM1.69M is the preferred units given the visibility. Although the rows behind, be it the RM1.388M or the RM1.498M are cheaper and could be more liquid when comes to disposal, I think for commie whether it is an "Ong" or "Huat" location is very very important. If I'm the biz man, I don't mind paying RM100k or RM200k extra if the location is damn good as my biz can generate the money back. - the main road facing shops have this natural advantage.

Have you gotten the preliminary loan assessment result? Although that's still subject to proper credit assessment and final approval, the outcome shouldn't deviate too far.

How many banks that you apply? I suggest you try 4 to 5 banks in order to get the best offer. The banks will take your job into consideration, so nothing to worry about (unless you have already signed the S&P before getting the loan). Since you are working in Jakarta, you intend to buy this for investment or own stay?

I reasonably believe that your loan will get approved since you are thinking to buy Ivoris which means your financial standing should be strong enough. You basically have about 1 day+ left to make decision on Ivoris. Good luck man!
