The size bit huge and heavy compare other xf (but still okay for me, even Nikkor 70-200 VR2 before)
AF speed, accurate, and image quality was great, but bokeh some stiff can found.

Just got the X-T1 and 23 1.4 from Mr.Oss few days ago, and loved it.

Did some playing around with it and my gf's X-E2. I wasn't particularly happy with the Jpeg SOOC sharpness, so went and shot RAW + JPEG to do some comparison. I know jpeg are compressed and lossy etc, but wasn't expecting that much difference in sharpness between them. Am I expecting too much from fuji's jpeg? Tried with both 23 1.4 at wide open and 10-24 at f 7.1. I'm trying to minimize raw since I really like how fuji process their jpegs. Oh and at 50-100% zoom, they were a bit like oil painting/watercolor effect, especially on green foliage. The effects were greater in the X-E2 than X-T1

Anyone had similar experience?

My in camera settings were
NR: -2
Sharpening: -2
Colour: +1
DR: 400
shot in full manual

Need to ask you guys.. 23mm F.14 or x100T?

I agree with you since mirrorless is supposed to be light.
Adding the 16-55 makes the camera as heavy as semi pro dslr.
XF56 APD is waiting for you then .

comparison between the 2 lens

I'm impressed with the IQ of 16-55.
But due to lack of OIS, I don't think it suits me since my hand is not that steady sometimes.
Wide aperture prime will definitely win in low light compared to 16-55. 

anyone having problems with fuji x-100s focusing sometimes its abit slow but still quite ok compared to 100, anyone played with the x-100t?

Maybe its because of the crowdedness, the Fujifilm performed better than my Nikon@24-70mm F2.8 that day =.= Not enough bokeh I suppose 
I was very doubtful that I won't use the 56mm F1.2 lens much and wanted to swap with a 23mm F1.4, but I guess I don't wanna do that anymore, the lens is simply awesome! 

i thought it was considered okay, kinda cheap already.

but if you have a little more patience, maybe you can find it on lazada when they have storewide + maybank/cimb/mastercard sales. then would be cheaper than this price. but if you need it, i thought it was okay.
