I can see showtime, jason & TS given the points on BBB (They still haven't give up on you).it appears BBB is vs BBW rather than DDD... Your points on DDD Iceman with cursing only. |

QUOTE(JasonW13 @ Jan 4 2015, 09:06 AM) Nowadays buying property still accept credit card for DP? Thought just banker cheque or cheque or cash? Not sure about this lol. If can accept credit card then can swipe three cards at diff amount to combine payment for one same thing? Hmmmm... QUOTE(jolokia @ Jan 4 2015, 10:16 AM) He keep on telling us he & gf combined got 200K FD, but when we push him to show, his figures getting smaller & smaller later less than 50K, lastly he shows 25K (somemore in few pieces FD slips then took him another fee weeks to show 1 with 20K but location of the bank unusually at different locations, so we suspect thats nit his one. Base on the quality expectation (can't be lowend), the renovation cost at least need around 50k (for condo/apartment). I dare not to imagine the renovation cost for Landed property. |

QUOTE(bearbearwong @ Jan 4 2015, 11:51 AM) developers still holding units and cant sell at below 1 million 2.5 storey... how other subsales will survive? Ah bear, i bought my first property on 2008. The developer has increase 8% of the property price before recession causing me to miss the 1300sqf unit which i affordable. 1 week different when i doing survey around the area. Ended up i take the 1100sqft. The developer increase another 8% right after the recession. How you explain the price increment? This post has been edited by musteng: Jan 4 2015, 12:38 PM |

Ah Bear, the bigger unit you get, the more renovation cost is needed.
More grills, more curtains, more lightings, more paints, more electrical appliances, bigger furniture, My lauya condo i cut hear cut there the renovation budget + furniture + home appliances cost me around 40k. One more thing, the cost for perfection of transfer. (Not sure sub sale need this or not) Just share for you if you left out the budget for this. |

QUOTE(jolokia @ Jan 5 2015, 06:24 PM) Again i stressed that 450-500K is a bit tight for your current income status. Monthly easily 2-2.2K exclude maintenance fee, so if include + electrical & watwr bill & MRTA Fire insurance, your monthly budget easily 2.8-3K for the house. |
