Buying AA share is not buying from victim. But you wan to take the opportunity to tekan the storm victim to sell you cheap thats kam sao act. Can see the diff. Really naive. See thing also half cook. No wonder talk also half cook.

You flip few hundred dollars a month n don't mislead people as 20 cents. After a year, it is few thousands n after 2 to 3 years, u have been flipping 5 figures liao. How many ordinary people can save extra 5 figures within 2 to 3 years?

We already told him he can always buy from developer, why give profits to flipper ? give it to developers, buy from SHL loh wait 1 year only mah.

His theory is earn 200K from 1 person is more guity than earn 200 from 1000 person

He himself wanna whack 700-800K profit per acre land in flood prone WaterCity Kajang, Laoya kampung leasehold land in Sri Kembangan wanna whack 600K profit.

If buy from developer, apart from need to wait n cannot see the final finishing quality of work, his biggest worry is project abandoned.
