Because by the time u buy. The price has already up another notch. Thus u r buying a flat with much more inflated price. This is called double whammy. If u choose the unit u like, the price has grown beyond your real capacity n affordability. U have no choice either to choose an inflated flat which is not to your liking or continue to pay rent or sleep under the bridge.
