Bro treehill, i think there were distinct differentiation between P1 and P2/3 primarily because they wanted to provide an affordable DSL to the mid-income category. This way, it will help to lower the cost of ownership and selling price since SEH wouldnt incur additional cost. However, looking at how other projects have upped their development, SEH can make some amendments to ensure P1 enjoys greater facilities as income is not linear over the years.

Bro, affordable for phase 1 yes but not really for phase 2 (recently launched terrace homes). Basically both got nothing as is not gated and guarded. It is mainly for guarded hence got nothing at all 1 except sharing the parks with the public.

what type of fencing provided for phase 2 and 3  and is cctv provided for the perimeter, is this stated in the DMC?

samkor, i repeated watching the video more than 10 times, from my analysis. Precint 3 will have their own guard house and fencing area. The residents need to pass through "The Dandelion", Grassland park is on our left hand side, then meet the cross junction, take 9 o'clock direction to meet the Guard house, then pass through "The Tree of Life", that will be the access for Tralas, all semi D, and clusters.

Bro Vislai, I think you are correct. The guard house to presint 3 is located at Jalan Ecohill 3.   

There should be an attraction call "The Tree of Life" here, but I cannot locate it, perhaps it will be a large tree?

Bro, Sam gor is referring to those linear parks. Even those parks inside the precinct 2 and 3 are limited to resident there.... precicnt 1 mainly is nothing but sharing the big Parc with everyone and those 2 new parks introduced by SP Setia.

Great township such as DPC also has public park mah..
