yes, i saw the macdonald signboard is oledy up and the building look complete...

2 stand alone MacDonald building at semenyih/kajang perdana area...

if this is ghost town as per the lalat claim, means Macdonald is too stupid to set up the branches at this area...

this lalat even smarter than Macdonal analyst... biggrin.gif

wonder why Macdonald do not want set up branch at mahkotra cheras/sg long area?

i think this lalat just a under performed stuff, did not get good increment...work at melawati if not mistaken..still stayed with parents old house at kajang, .his previous post did mention price is keep increasing at kajang/semenyih area..guess the increase of the price cause him not afford to buy anymore...so just keep spamming the thread and hope the price will drop...perhaps he hopes his words can scare some SEH buyers and sell at 200k to hiim when VP..that his dream... damn childish and naive...tongue.gif

Ah Cheryee, I read that too in the newsletter. Perhaps those are some of the houses in phase 1 that already started construction even before the units are sold, and not all houses ready in June 2015...
