Yes its better try to restore. I have the battery drain problem few days ago where my iphone6 become warm when browsing with safari which leads to severe battery drain. No problem with ios 8.1.1. Very weird problem as it is very sudden. Restore 8.1.2 and so far its become normal. My wife iphone 5s with ios 8.1 also have the same problem which leads to restoring to ios 8.1.2. Luckily 8.1.2 is jailbreakable, if not that would made me very upset. I suspect its somehow got to do with ios 8 bugs since i can see the cpu process is not normal during idle which should be less than 15% (using lirum app).

I want 6 Plus. SenQ posted so big on its Facebook on Friday that 64GB 6 Plus have been restocked nationwide. I called immediately after few minutes it was posted, to the Seremban outlet though and was told no stock came in, expected this week. Then, I saw comments flooding in on the page telling none of the branches has stock. I was in SenQ Seremban yesterday and asked which day of this week will have stock, the fellow said this week will not have stock.

Just got back my replacement 'new unit' from machines. Model number shows its hong kong/Macau set.
Using sndeepinfo page shows its valid Apple set with active warranty up to nov 2015.

Does that mean this is new or refurbished unit?

Now phone is unable to get coverage always saying "No Service"

tried to restore IOS but still resolve

tried to put turn on and off airplane mode still unable to resolve

tried reset network setting, unable to resolve

tried to reset and erase all setting , unable to resolve

btw, its a iphone 6 plus unit

Okay, sucky experience.

Apple contacted me and told me that there's an issue again. On my request, my order's been cancelled. In the online store however, the order is still listed as "Preparing for shipment". Best part is that since I used a debit card to make the purchase, my funds are still in hold by the bank. Apple says they've already reverted payment but it usually takes the banks 7-10 working days to refund the payment, whereas my bank is telling me that unless Apple's appointed bank voids the transaction, the money will stay in hold for a month.

Well, if you call them after 10 days of the invoice date, standard warranty will apply, hence the refurbished unit ?

Yes, when they told me they had difficulty processing my order, I told them to cancel it. Now that money is stuck in hold until the transaction is voided by their bank. My bank over here says they're waiting for the other party to void the transaction before they release the funds to me. Problem is some banks don't void the transactions, they leave it unclaimed, and it goes back to the buyer's account - which in my case, is one month's time.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they get the issue sorted out ASAP.

I guess seed units can be sets from any country?

Already cancelled. Apple tells me that they've already instructed their bank to revert the payment. Now the issue is my funds are stuck in hold because my local bank still hasn't received instruction from merchant's bank to revert the payment to me.

I was thinking of doing just that (cash is so much less troublesome) but I can't afford to until I get my funds back.

Edit: Just called Apple for clarification. Apparently there was some confusion because of the cancellation. The online system is up-to-date, i.e. my order has indeed been prepared for shipment. They've also assured me that they won't be double-billing my card.

I've a question. I have a duplicate installed apps list on settings. It goes like:

Why are there 2 sets of Apps A, B, and C? For some apps, both settings are the same. For others, the other list is empty/incomplete.

Use your friends air family's card? Avoid using CIMB credit card as it has border charges.
Worse comes to worst, if you need help, I can help you to purchase but you pay me first lol  
Yes, buy from online. The time you will be spending to hunt those shops is wiser to be spent with just a few clicks on Apple Online. I have bought 5 units now and all are good.

My friend's iPhone 6 has a quite deep scratch on the tempered glass protector. She didn't drop the phone or knock on anything. She always holds the phone in her hands. Just happened last night.

I really hope so and asked her to change a new one, scared her screen will be scratched later.
