Ya it is feasible even can go down to below 100k, only IF with reduced cost elements and materials used. Look at Azmin's track records for rumahselangorku at 70k - 220k range. However affordable housing that comes with facilities would price above rm200k. Hence, affordable by means gov build at price whereby rakyat can afford, at the same sacrifice some lifestyle elements.

if u claimed kepong property price is lower, does the landed and high rise price there sound more affordable to u in psf?

not to forget desa park city, sri damansara, manjalara are few named locations that picked up well with the market.

it is actually a place with strong organic growth, that's why the children tend to seek home closer to their parents.

hence u can expect more on capital gain than rental yield.

hmm.. instead of saying ppl doesn't bother about fh/lh, in reality they don't hav much choice, or with limited choice.

and chinese are generally more concerned about the status of the land especially in sub-sales.

no point throwing good money to chase over bad money la.
