fair price is rm1.1 - 1.3k for mid range apartment in KL.

the price has been lowered to below 1k due to high competition, not because of the lower purchase price.

just look at other rumahwip/ppam projects and see you will be amazed with their asking price.

What are other new launches better than Lemanja in Kepong?

Far from public transport - How far from the bus station and MRT?

AEON & Desa Park hospital considered amenities or not? What about Public & private schools.

Where is the cemetery - How close if compared to Unio? Lol

Actually regardless of The hertz, the henge, 333 residence and Unio, Mizumi etc. are all comparable as new launches, alongside Kap Dong Dai Gai, in similar timing. Paiseh overestimated that you have those facts in hands before comment.

Or probably kiara bay is your best sam sui now.
