to answer your question & to be frank, i won't buy any of them.

that's why i said it doesn't matter anymore when talking about gross density. all shared the same road ingress/egress.

btw fortune perdana also got bad news whereby residents hold up banner to fight against developer before VP, why u didn't mention it?

in terms of occupancy rate, you are comparing the henge with fortune court (shop apartment) which has already more than 10 years by history??

or you are referring to fortune perdana.

Yes, it's worth and she definitely has upper hand when comes to rent and sell. Rumahwip already selling 300k and with additional 100k over 30 years, she gets full fledge facilities.
