Attracted 3 bidders just now.
Unit sold at 226k.
Defaulter owner still earn something from this in the end coz bought at 198k only previously.

Will the surplus share with owner? Or bank will sapu?

Bank will not take the surplus.
Need to refer back rumahwip T&C. The surplus will fall to either owner got it or return back to the government.

yes. minor defect is nothing as is under warranty. But i overall satisfaction survey, all give good rating.

Another cheap lelong unit check in at below 400K. Vacant brand new unit. Owner did nothing at all yet.
