Need to refer back rumahwip T&C. The surplus will fall to either owner got it or return back to the government.

I think your people still don't know the news, the henge 1500 , then next to the henge is kepongmas 1500, then next to the henge new projects wawasan have 1500 unit , then wawasan bina also will build another 1500 units government apartment next to the new projects , so totally is 6000 unit

But minor complaint still have , some unit got ceiling leak issue , facilities got some defects too .

yes. minor defect is nothing as is under warranty. But i overall satisfaction survey, all give good rating.

Another cheap lelong unit check in at below 400K. Vacant brand new unit. Owner did nothing at all yet.
If you able to win below 400K, mean you got the cheapest ever lelong transacted unit.
